SHIPPING
At the moment, we offer shipping to New York State ony. Please be sure your delivery address is secure. We Are Tierra LLC is not responsible for packages after they are delivered to the requested address. Tierra will process your online order within 36-72 hours given all items are in stock. We strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will be refunded, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes. Orders are shipped via USPS.
RETURNS
We currently do not process any returns. If there is a problem with your order. please email: hello@rolltierra.com with your order number in the subject line, and attach your digital receipt. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we’ll review if your order qualifies for a full or partial price store credit. After 7 days, all sales are final. We will not accept any returns that have been mailed before contacting us.
Please note: all shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. In the event that we approve a return, we recommend mailing your package with tracking and insuring the package. Tierra is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
