Flow In Every Color was a night designed to spark creativity and connection within our NYC community. We gathered to enjoy Tierra Herbal Blends mixed with cannabis before laying out our yoga mats. The session included grounding breathwork, a gentle yoga sequence, guided visualization through the chakras, and a long yoga nidra session to sow seeds of creativity.
As the night wound down, another smoke session naturally unfolded & we went with the flow :)
